If a piece of jewelry is part of our in store inventory, purchased as shown on site, and is unworn in its original packaging, you have 14 days from when the piece is received to request a refund,and for us to receive the piece back!

A return MUST FIRST BE REQUESTED before an item is able to be returned. You can simply email us at [email protected] with the order number and we will email you back. If the item is approved for return you will be sent a RETURN CODE to use in mailing the jewelry back to Charm, A Jewelry Boutique.

If a piece is not part of our in store inventory, and was ordered for you, it is a FINAL SALE. Custom ordered pieces not shown on our site are also non returnable. A custom piece is any piece with a different engraving (quote), or in a different size then what is shown on line. Rings below a size 5 or above a size 9 are also considered custom order and are non-returnable.
